• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual tasks 

• Friendly and approachable attitude 

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Reliable, able to show up to work on time and work expected hours

• Communication skills with the ability to follow directions

• Valid CT driver’s license
